It's time to rise up against your enemies
Murder and lies on TV
Time is running out for your future

It's time to break down your walls

Youth!
Take a stand
Because the world is choked control
Manipulation of the canvas
It's time for you to refuse

It's time to break down your walls

Youth!

Everything has to be erased and re-branded

We have to refuse
We have to fight for a new world

No more resignation

Der Blaue Reiter - Words of Silence

ROME – Hate Us And See If We Mind

[Verse 1]
We could never have won this;
We were fighting blind
Now we've all but conquered fate
So hate us, and see if we mind
Washing off the dust
Like the first rains of the raining season
And encircling rage and reason, we postponed our grieving
But the rains, they never seem to come

[Chorus]
To have you here
To make you see
The wild hoax we pulled; it's all over
What care for glory?
What care for thee?
By now, you know it's all over

[Refrain]
All over
All over

[Verse 2]
To this house of stone we flock
Hiding like the snails between the reeds and rocks
And they'll be searching the valleys in vain
As we'll be waiting for the rain
A nation reborn; a lame shepherd
One must wait and go for the throat when hunting leopard
Now, we're blinking back each tear
There's no changing the balance of fear

"Hate Us And See If We Mind" (Odeie-nos e veja se nos importamos) é uma música de desafio e resiliência.

Laibach - God Is God

(God is God)
(God is God)
(Is God)

(God is God) [4x]

You shall see Hell all clear in the sky
You shall see darkness (Darkness)
You shall see good and evil (Evil)
You shall see city walls crumble and towers fall

[Chorus:]
God is God
God is God
God is God
God (Is God)

You shall see Lord of Life and Death
You shall see Heaven in Hell (Heaven in Hell)
You shall be blinded by light
You shall see darkness (You shall see darkness)

[Chorus]

You shall see the walls crumble (Crumble)
Walls built of pain (The walls built of pain)
And above the cries of man (The cries of man)
Hear one voice saying: (Aaargh)

I am Alpha and Omega
The beginning and the end
I am the first
And I
Am the last

(God is God, Aagh)
(God Is God)
[3x]

You shall see Hell (You shall see)
You shall see evil (You shall see)
You shall see darkness (You shall see)
You shall see sorrow (You shall see)
You shall see Death (You shall see)
You shall see

[Chorus]

"The cover version can be seen as a cynical populist tactic by artists lacking in originality, a gesture of contempt or as a respectful example of good taste and seriousness.
Laibach's open rejection of originality makes the first view irrelevant and the new originals are too ambivalent to be either entirely contemptuous or totally respectful.
A Laibachised song is sometimes more kitsch, sometimes more serious and sometimes more emotional than the "old original" it is based on.
Laibachisation re- and de-animates a song, reviving it for long enough to dispatch it again." - Alexei Monroe, author of Interrogation Machine

The origin of “God Is God” is as a semi-parody of Juno Reactor [remix]’s song of the same name, which includes samples of Charlton Heston in The Ten Commandments, in which the main character (Moses) declares the plagues and wrath that will come form God. Laibach expands on that concept by using their own verses based on that “you will see” motif.

As it happens, the Juno Reactor song this is based on was a response to Laibach’s previous hit “Life Is Life/Opus Dei.” Which, it turns out, was itself a thematic parody of a pop-rock song “Live Is Life” by Austrian light rock band Opus.

Laibach - Allgorhythm (feat. Wiyaala) - Allgorhythm

[Intro - Milan Fras]
(Voz cavernosa e ritmada)
There's a lot of talking
When Laibach drops a song
Because we do it raw
Ignoring every law
We're shattering the rules
We're tearing down the walls

[Pré-Refrão - Wiyaala & Milan Fras]
(Wiyaala): Hey! – (Let’s) go and do the dance
(Wiyaala): Hey! – (Let’s) fall into the bubble trance
(Wiyaala): Hey! – This is our last chance
(Ambos): Hey, hey – We all go rhythm!

[Refrão - Wiyaala & Coro]
All go rhythm! All go rhythm!
All go rhythm! All go rhythm!

[Verso 1 - Milan Fras]
We must keep moving on
The past is dead and gone
No matter what you do
No one cares about your point of view
What matters is the algorithm works for you

[Pré-Refrão - Wiyaala & Milan Fras]
(Wiyaala): Hey! – (We all) go and do the dance
(Wiyaala): Hey! – (Let’s) fall into the bubble trance
(Wiyaala): Hey! – This is our last chance
(Ambos): Hey, hey – We all go rhythm!

[Refrão - Wiyaala & Coro]
All go rhythm! All go rhythm!
All go rhythm! All go rhythm!

[Ponte de Chamada - Wiyaala]
All the girls, and all the boys – All go rhythm!
Let's get loud and make some noise – All go rhythm!
Here's a beat you can't escape – All go rhythm!
Step right in and match the shape! – Let's all go rhythm!

[Interlúdio - Milan Fras]
Algorithm... Let's do it!
Algorithm... Slaves to algorithm!

[Refrão Expansivo - Wiyaala & Coro]
All go rhythm! Algorithm!
All go rhythm!
All go rhythm! Rhythm! Rhythm!
All go rhythm!

[Verso "Massas" - Wiyaala & Milan Fras]
(Wiyaala): All the tired and the poor – All go rhythm!
(Wiyaala): Huddled masses at the doors – All go rhythm!
(Wiyaala): The homeless and the rich – All go rhythm!
(Milan): From all the teeming shores...
(Ambos): Let's all go rhythm!

[Clímax Final - Wiyaala]
Some people go kung fu fighting
Some people go bit-coin mining
Oh yeah!
Some nations go dynamiting
We like to do some crazy rhyming
Yeah!
Wow, wow, wow, yeah...

[Outro - Todos]
All go rhythm!
Let's all go rhythm!
All go rhythm!
All go rhythm!
All go rhythm!
ALL!

Funker Vogt - The Firm

A canção integra o álbum Survivor (2002)

Letra
Our law is rough and hard
I carry the scars with (all my) pride
The years passed by
And I'm still standing here

Red drops on the cold asphalt
The taste of blood is bitter and sweet
I'm fighting for my firm
And take the power from the fire inside of me
Inside of me
Inside of me
And take the power from the fire inside of me

Chorus:
I'll go the way of the warrior
Every fight makes me stronger
Adrenalin pulsates within me
And I will never surrender

No one will ever convert me
I hang my flag in the wind
Giving up is no option
What counts is only victory or disgrace

Chorus (2x):

And I will never surrender
You might also like
Revolution

O Significado Central

Nordvargr - Hascimh Reborn

Hailing back to the late '80s, Nordvargr (real name Henrik Nordvargr Björkk) has been making subconscious-melting industrial, black and ambient music for more than enough time now to become well known to dark ambient fans. "Re-Awaken" is a re-release/re-mix/re-invention of the Nordvargr's 2002 debut "Awaken." If you have heard Lustmord, there will not be too many surprises here. 80% of this album follows the dark ambient passage you'd expect it to take and the defining elements are not so different as to warrant any extended reference. That is not to say, however, that "Re-Awaken" is a release that is lacking. Quite the opposite; it is a genuinely fulfilling dark ambient experience.

First off, you can't fault Nordvargr in terms of quantity on this disc. Most tracks range around the seven-minute mark and there's over an hour of sucking vortex fridge noises here to keep you entertained or mesmerize or whatever people do when they listen to dark ambient. Summon demons maybe? I can only assume so.

As you'd expect, the music itself is undeniably and hellishly dark. It's a pick and mix of horror movie soundtracks, whose only goal seems to be aggravating you with menacing build ups and more mellowed songs that are less likely to ambush you, but still likely to leave you a paranoid, possibly zen, hermit. Each track has the individual charm to keep you from hitting skip out of boredom and dynamics, such as a piano lead or pseudo black metal guitar riff or vocal line, will spring up and fill in various gaps. I will add that this fails in the case whenever the campy eastern chanting brigade turns up, but otherwise, the tracks are solid dark ambient goo.

Is that enough? Well, I personally demand a little more out of my ambient music. Mortiis, Earth, and the master himself Brian Eno can all leave me mesmerized. While I genuinely did enjoy all the tracks on display enough to get some replay value, it hasn't vaulted to the top of my ambient list. Stuff like the soft beating drums of "Sulphur Mist" and the echoing gurgles in "Natt" all add up to a polished release, but not one that you haven't essentially heard before in the dark ambient field.

Perhaps the issue is that nothing seems to push to the front and demand you remember one defining element. Ironically, there may be too much dynamic energy in "Re-Awaken" to avoid feeling like a how-to of all dark ambient features. If any element is truly mastered, it is the mellow, cavernous and tribal tracks like "Hascimh" - now that would have made for a great full length had it been pursued with minimalist zeal.

Perhaps simply being a re-issue of a great debut is enough to warrant its existence once again. It's an album that succeeds in every way it should and provides plenty of substance for enthusiasts. Thrills and chills abound, I fully recommend at least taking a dive into the strange black pool of Nordvargr.

Highs: The cavernous, quasi tribal drippings of the more minimalist tracks

Lows: No one single element that makes Nordvargr stand out from other dark ambient albums

Bottom line: "Re-Awaken" is a more than solid overview of everything dark and ambient.

Música do BioTerra: In The Nursery - Corruption

Oh do not die, for I shall hate
All women so , when thou art gone
That thee I shall not celebrate
When I remember, thou wast one

But yet thou canst not die, I know
To leave this world behind, is death
But when thou from this world wilt go
The whole world vapours with thy breath

Or iff, when thou, the world's soul go'st
It stay, tis but thy carcase then
The fairest woman, but thy ghost
But corrupt worms, the worthiest men

Oh wrangling schools that search what fire
Shall burn this world, had none the wit
Unto this knowledge to aspire
That this her fever might be it?

And yet she cannot waste by this
Nor long bear this torturing wrong
For much corruption needful is
To fuel such a fever long

These burning fits but meteors be
Whose matter in thee is soon spent
Thy beauty, and all parts, which are theee
Are unchangeable firmament

Yet 'twas of my mind, seizing thee
Though it in thee cannot persever
For I had rather owner be
Of thee one hour, than all else ever

Agonoize - Glaubenskrieger

Dir Befehle erteilt?
Ja das glaube ich wohl nicht!
Ist dein Glaube so stark
Dass du dich selbst nicht fragst
Wie ein anderer Gott
Ihm zu trotzen vermag
Auf in den Kampf
In die heilige Schlacht
Hier geht's nicht um Religion
Sondern nur blanke Macht
Also zieh in den Kampf
Doch dann wunder dich nicht
Wenn der Zorn den du säest
In Gewalt nieder bricht...

Und deine Seele verbrennt...
Wer löscht das Feuer in dir?
Glaubenskrieger...

Also zieh in den Krieg
Doch dann wunder dich nicht
Wenn die Welt die du kennst
In Flammen erlischt...

Glaubst du an den Krieg?
Glaubst du wirklich an den Krieg?

Und deine Seele verbrennt...
Wer löscht das Feuer in dir?
Glaubenskrieger...
Und deine Seele verbrennt...
Wer löscht das Feuer in dir?
Glaubenskrieger... sterben nie!

Und deine Seele verbrennt...

Glaubenskrieger...
