S4S Lecture - Climate Case against Shell, Donald Pols, director of Milieudefensie
Milieudefensie is the first organization worldwide to hold Shell responsible for their CO2 emissions. They took the initiative to file a case against the multinational that, despite the growing climate crisis, continued to pollute the planet. The case took place in December, the judge ruled on 26 May 2021
